Our request form asks for your name, phone number or email address, and a description of the work. You may also provide a mobile number and choose whether to receive service-related text messages. The SMS checkbox starts selected and can be cleared. The email draft records your SMS preference, the number and wording, and whether the checkbox was left selected by default or selected by you. If you select it yourself, your browser's selection time is included too.

The form opens a draft in your own email application. Filling it out or selecting the SMS checkbox does not send anything to us. We receive the information only if you send the email. Please avoid including payment details or other sensitive information in your request.

We use your contact information and request details to respond to inquiries, discuss the requested work, arrange appointments, and communicate about your service. If you opt in to SMS, we use the mobile number you provide for messages about your request and appointments. This consent does not authorize advertising texts or promotional emails.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your mobile information or SMS consent. Any general sharing of other customer information for business support excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent.

Contact us if you would like to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided. We may need to keep information required for service records or legal obligations.

Our website host may process technical connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the website. When you send an email or a text, the email or messaging service also processes that communication. Their services are subject to their own privacy policies.

We keep service communications and consent records for as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. No method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
