This website provides information about our home services. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment, a price, or an agreement to perform work. We confirm availability, scope, pricing, and any service-specific terms separately with you.

The request form creates an email draft in your own email application; it does not submit a request to us automatically. You must send the email for us to receive it. Please provide accurate contact details so we can respond.

The ASHFORD (VM Ventures LLC) service messaging program sends replies to service requests, scheduling messages, appointment reminders, and updates about your appointments. Messages come from 855-855-9889. This program does not send marketing or promotional texts.

To request service texts through our website, provide a mobile number and send the email draft with the SMS checkbox selected. The checkbox starts selected; you can clear it to request a reply without SMS. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in. Consent is not a condition of service; you may contact us by email or phone instead.

Message frequency varies with your service request and appointments. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out. After opting out, you will no longer receive service messages from this program. You may receive a message confirming your opt-out. If you want to receive messages again, provide a new opt-in.
